Episode 3 - My Time Counseling
Justin Kubeck and Rico Camacho are joined by special guest Hannah Foltz!
Hannah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at My Time Counseling Services, Inc. specializing in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, Autism and personality disorders. We get know Hannah as well as a bit about what she does. Hannah goes into a really cool discussion about the distraction between triggers and boundaries as well.

Sunset Meditation and Night Hike
In the Planetarium:
• View an amazing sunset as you travel from the Grand Canyon to the North Pole.
• Relax under a night sky filled with stars with glimpses of the Northern Lights under the dome.
Then:
• Take a quiet hike outside with a Retzer naturalist and discover the tranquil sights and sounds of Retzer Nature Center (weather permitting). In the case of severe weather, the Planetarium will hold an extended program.

- Arrive early to take your seat(s) and settle into a calm state of mind before the show.
